Who we are
Hardgate Capital is a new private real estate investment firm. Our website launched in October 2026. We buy under-improved commercial and industrial land directly from owners in Austin and Travis County, Texas, and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.
Our legal entity
Hardgate Capital LLC is being formed in Texas. Once the Texas Secretary of State approves it, its file number and how to look it up yourself will be listed on this page.
Check that a message is really from us
Don’t rely on contact details printed in the message. Write to ashwanth@hardgatecapital.com from a new email, quote the property address or parcel ID, and ask us to confirm we sent it.
Get your own advice
A letter of intent states proposed terms. Nothing is binding until a definitive written agreement is signed by both parties. Have your own attorney review it.
